Excellent location with cafes, restaurants and shops very nearby. View from balcony is icing on the cake.
Downstairs cafe serves great choice of snacks and beverages
This time we got a balcony as requested. Previously we had a payment problem and were allocated a room without a view which was very disappointing

Good location, comfortable bed, hot shower.
Staff was not helpful when I didn't fully comprehend what was said. They were curt, short and disdainful with me. Whether it was because I was a pilgrim, a tourist or an American I don't know but they weren't going to take the time to be helpful. The waiter at the restaurant was similarly not interested in being helpful. They were busy so I understand the difficulty but if they don't like pilgrims, tourists, non Spanish speakers (My Spanish is pretty good) Americans or old white dudes then maybe they shouldn't cater to them and take their money.
