The room was tidy, and the staff was kind.
The room was quite cold, and since reception closes after 8 PM, arriving later in the evening meant there was no way to request extra blankets. Although the room had an air conditioner that could also provide heating, the remote control was not available in the room. Only the next day did we learn that you have to request it at the reception, which felt rather inconvenient. It seems unusual to have equipment in the room that guests can’t use directly without asking for additional access.
