Studio avec balcon, vue sur jardins et cathédrale

Bien placé par rapport au centre d'Albi et les axes routiers tout en étant dans un quartier calme. Climatisation car avec ces chaleurs sans cela aurait été compliqué pour dormir.

WC avec salle de bain et pas d ascenseur.

Small but well laid out apartment and reasonably well equipped kitchen although the cutlery needed a good clean. It’s a quiet location, a 20min walk to town with a great outlook across some gardens to the cathedral, especially beautiful at sunset. Off-street parking was a bonus although not particularly secure. Water pressure in the shower was good and bed was comfortable. We used our own towels, bedding and pillows so can’t comment on any they provide. The aircon on the other hand was great in the hot weather, which is also why we didn’t use the balcony. We’d definitely stay here again.

As in many apartment buildings, the entrance hall was a bit smelly, but the stairwell and everything inside the apartment was fine. Some maintenance required on curtains but nothing that detracted from our stay. No streaming on the tv. Stairs only to the 3rd floor apartment but that is made clear in the listing.

Voisinage bruyant et esclandre entre voisins dans l'escalier en fin d'après midi. Propreté limite. Aspirateur peu efficace et non vidé. Meuble sous évier... dessous du range-couverts crasseux... Pas de bouilloire. Impossible de trouver le réseau connection wifi...
