1. Location, brightness and condition of the property.
2. Appliances and cutlery provided.
3. Functional and good gas fired BBQ pit.
4. Great set of board games and entertainment area though we didn’t use.
5. Lots of lounging space and big kitchen counter.
1. All beds were queen sized and linen provided was neither high quality nor properly stored (dumped on the floor in the closet).
2. Entry code provided was incorrect and took 15 minutes of hold time to reach Vacasa helpline. Managed to get in using backup key.
3. Check out time (10am) was one hour too early and caused rush in the morning for complying with all instructions.

Spacious and clean. Wonderful location.
It was a wonderful stay overall, however would have been icing on the cake if we had access to a washer and dryer.

bedding mattress are too soft and area rugs are no good. the house smells stale.
