An OK place to stay in Petaluma but doesn’t offer a good breakfast.

Convenient, good parking. Coffee and tea available in lobby all day.

Breakfast was mediocre. Not a wide selection of items. Odd make your own breakfast sandwich theme. Strange to have the breakfast take over the entire lobby instead of having a separate breakfast room. Right next to the freeway, so lower-level rooms have traffic noise.

Pleasant, appreciated that rooms were fairly soundproof and freeway traffic noise wasn’t noticeable.

Access from road and partking; easy/spacious. About 5 mins from centre of town by private car. Welcome: very friendly indded and helpful. Room: good size and well sound-proofed from nearby motorway. Very clean. Window blackout blind was very effective. Well equipped mini-kitchen incl plates, bowls, cutlery, cooking bowl and a dishwasher with powder. Breakfast: good to be included, decent variety on offer, plenty of seating available and well lit with natural light.

Not much to complain about - eg. there were no teasoons in the kitchen drawer.

Very comfortable and clean space. The staff is amazing and the breakfast is good. Tor families it’s perfect. It had a little kitchen with all the utensils I needed. I was traveling with small kids and was definitely helpful. The pool is a huge plus.

Great! But thin walls?

Exceptional customer service. Super friendly staff. The ladies at the check-in desk, late night on 07/25/2025 were amazing! They answered all of our questions & made sensible suggestions. The breakfast was delicious. Self-serve, but plenty to choose from; and everything tasted fresh. All of us had different selections & we all said the same thing. Fresh, tasty, convenient, and best selection than other hotels' breakfast. The pillows were perfect! For each person, there was a soft pillow & a firm one. I don't know if that's standard, but it worked for us four. Kudos!

There should be more handicapped parking. There wasn't enough so we parked in an EV charging station slot. There was only one car, a Tesla, using a slot, so I hung my handicapped placard & parked there. The only other problem we had was that the connecting room to ours was strangely loud & quiet at the same time. What I mean is a family with a young baby who cried an awful lot, it seemed as if there was no one else in the room with the baby. No one tried to soothe the poor thing at night. But in the morning we heard other people in there & someone tending to the baby when it cried. Either they were passed out drunk or simply not in the room with the crying infant. I guess what I'm saying is the walls & connecting doors are very thin. Maybe insulation between rooms would help? None of us slept well because of this very loud, yet tiny human. I wish I could open the door and soothe the upset baby. I'm a grandma so I felt hopeless for the poor thing.

The smell of pet urine was so strong in the room. They gave me a deodorizer spray to use when I complained. Then upon leaving, we realized that our clothing had fleas in them from the room.

Very well equipped hotel with enormous rooms - but be aware of limitations on breakfast

Magnificent room, including a kitchenette alongside two double beds. Conveniently located next to a small group of restaurants & shops.

Be aware that location is close to a major road with construction sites nearby. Noise wasn't a problem though. Breakfast was disappointing in so far as there was absolutely no provision for lactose intolerance. We even tried to buy our own milk in a local store. In general I don't know what's happened to breakfasts in American hotels - they used to be fantastic but that's not true any more.
