The hotel is very close to the train station of Almere and you can be in Amsterdam in 20 mins. Friendly staff and overall a very good experience

The room is small, which is no issue for me as a solo traveller. Had a large bed, one side was a bit squeaky so I stayed on the other side.
Pillows were a bit lumpy, but I got used to it.
Mini fridge doesn't work.
WiFi worked most of the time, but would disconnect or slow down at times.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The hot water in the shower was, at maximum, barely warm. I had asked a receptionist if it could be adjusted at some point to increase the heat and I believe it was sorted sometime the next day as it was actually hot.
My main issue is that the rooms are not sound proof as advertised on their website, I could hear doors unlocking and closing, the neighbour's TV and the other neighbour having wee or coughing in the shower. There was another couple having about 4 rounds of sex down the corridor.
The hotel is located near many bars, restaurants and shops and is about a 5min walk from the train station

The shower head is terrible, you can’t get a good shower without wetting the whole floor.
Basic amenities like kettle in the standard room is not provided. Not to mention a couple of tea bags.

First off I want to say for the price that was charged for the “Deluxe Room” was fine until I arrived and saw the room. Secondly I am requesting a refund due to the fact that the AC was not even working and even if the AC was working it is so small it wouldn’t even cool off inside of a car. The handheld fan that I was using outside was putting off more air and cooler air than what the AC was. I was forced to take my 4 month old child’s health into the fact and had to check out and find accommodation else where because I was scared that she would end up in the hospital because of how hot it was in that room. I asked the staff at the desk if there was another room and I was told by the staff that there wasn’t another room and so many people have either checked out or made complaints due to the lack there of with the ACs. I am asking for a refund due to the fact that I had to leave a hotel that I paid for because I was afraid that how hot it was in that “Deluxe Room” that it would have put my child into a heat stroke and in the hospital.
