Villa is located on a quiet street with a sea view from the balcony where we like to drink our morning coffees.
Pool is very well kept and clean as well as the outdoor furniture.
There is a coffee shop nearby grocery stores, restaurants everything within walking distance.
We visited Profitis Ilia’s church which is located on a hill with not just scenic water views but could see Cape Greco.
Ayia Napa is not even 5 minutes away by car and the town is premier party city. Although we visited in January many bars, restaurants were open. If you looking for more romantic place definitely look for Love Bridge before sunset, awesome.
The house itself was clean, kitchen was fully supplied with plenty of glasses, plates, utensils.
We stayed only 4 nights because we arranged another stay in Egypt but we will definitely be back.

great location, very clean and spacious and also includes a dishwasher and washing machine. shower pressure also very good. the pool was also cleaned while we were there.
