Are flight was late to start with and then it was delayed, but Nikolas waited for us to arrive, which was after midnight. He carried the suitcases up to the room. He was great.

Great place to stay for both relaxation and convenience

The location was excellent — calm and quiet, yet everything important was nearby. There’s a supermarket and the Green Bay beach just a 3–4 minute walk away. A bus stop is also close, with easy connections to the city center (also around 20 minutes walk from apartments) as well as to other cities like Ayia Napa, and Larnaca. The apartments were very clean and had most things necessary in the kitchen. Most importantly, Nikolas and the staff were wonderful — very helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Overall, a great place to stay for both relaxation and convenience!

Nice place to stay at

Green Bay beach, a 24/7 convenience store, a BestBuy, and a bus stop is only 5 minutes away on foot. There is also another nice beach within 10 minutes of walking distance. The hosts are very friendly, considerate, and helpful. The apartment was appropriately equipped for 2 adults and 2 young children.

Very clean ! Friendly staff ! Apartment has everything whit you need ! Very big thanks to Nicolas, the manager! After we checked out, we left our phone behind, and he found it and brought it back to us. Our whole family is so grateful!

I thought I booked two separate bedrooms, however on arrival, there was only one double bed in one room. A single futon was brought in on request, however this was awkward as my friend and I are not a couple.

FYI - SPLIT apartment means bedroom and bathroom are in the basement

Modern and comfortable apartment. We had a huge misunderstanding with the flat I booked, and the owner tried to help us find a solution. We had to change the apartment after a few days to another one, but at least we could stay in the building where our family was. In general, everything was OK. Just make sure you know that the SPLIT apartment means bedroom and bathroom downstairs with no windows.

The description of the apartment was missing a very important detail. The so-called "split" apartment has the bedroom and bathroom in the basement. My parents are 70 years old, my mom is claustrophobic and has knees problems. When I told them about that, the owner's wife tried to convince me that I knew about the basement and blamed me for the mistake. There was no indication whatsoever that the bedroom and bathroom were in a basement. The description didn't say that at all. The lady had an attitude. She tried to convince me that there was a picture of the stairs. There wasn't. Not to my surprise, a picture of the stairs magically appeared the next day on their page, haha. Most importantly, if I knew it's like that, why? Why would I book something I knew we couldn't stay in?! Doesn't make any sense. The thing that annoyed me the most was that she tried to make me look stupid. Also, it's the first place I've ever been to with no cleaning service whatsoever. Not even the garbage.

Ideal for a Family Vacation!

We had an amazing time at Proteas Mare Suites with our 1-year-old baby. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location is peaceful and just a short walk to the beach. Nikolas and his family were incredibly kind and helpful. They even provided a high chair for our baby, which made meals so much easier. We felt truly welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended, especially for families with small children!

The host was an absolute delight. The rooms are very clean and updated. It is obvious that they are maintained regularly. The specific room we chose would have been perfectly fine for a much longer stay as well since it was very well equipped.

Amazing place

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean with a big balcony and great view. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shops and in a short walking distance from the local restaurants. There is also a coffee shop 5 min walk that serves delicious coffee. If I am ever back in Cyprus, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Unbeatable value

The appartment was in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach and supermarket, nice view of the sea from the balcony. The room was really clean and well stocked, it was extremely good value.

The apartment was great, very clean and new and the host was very good with communication. The bathroom in particular was nice. It was also a good location walking distance to the beach.

There was no living room in the apartment we stayed in, so the only place to sit was the dining table.

The kitchen is not equipped enough for a long stay. The room on the first floor doesn't have a sea view even though oriented towards the sea. It is not beachfront. It is 5 mins walk from a beach, but it isn't on the beach. The description is misleading.

Magnificent apartment

Friendly staff, the rooms were renovated and clean, even had a nespresso with some capsules in. Everything was so comfortable. You can also get some refreshments from the reception. Also a large bathroom.
