The location.
The price, the layout of the apartment.
Checking in and out was easy.
Socket points either side of bed
Lamp didn't work on one side of bed.
Only one bath towel for both of us ( but three hand towels). Cutlery drawer was a bit dirty. And the main issue was when we arrived we looked at Manuel for heating and the front panel was missing,tried ringing went to answer machine so left a message wth booking com as this was instructed too this was on the Saturday. On the Sunday I rung again answer machine again. On Monday left another message on booking com. So finally when we arrived home on Monday I got a message on booking.com too say apologies hadn't seen yr message!!!! Then goes on too stay hope you enjoyed your stay, nothing about the heating then another message saying was it on child lock???? Which wasn't stated anywhere in the welcome folder, so hence we went all weekend wth no heating😡😡
Communication should be top of their list this could of been an emergency and wasn't even dealt with in a proper manner.
So I'm afraid won't be staying at this apartment again due to lack of communication and lack of apologies.

very easy check in and easy to find, cosy and nice apartment and in the centre so perfect to get to anywhere

The property location is fantastic, the flats look like they have recently undergone renovation and we’re pleasant and airy!
We had a few problems with the shower head disposing cold water instead of hot
