Well equipped and well located property.

Good location and parking nearby. Clean with good modern appliances. Comfortable bed.

Hot water system. Shower warm but no warm water in sinks. Would’ve liked more information about how the heating system works. A bit of traffic noise on Saturday morning.

The location made it superb place to stay.

The location was brilliant and the bed was oh so comfortable. Some previous reviews mentioned no table and chairs and no hot water in the shower. We had an excellent shower and a table+chairs.

The blinds in the bedroom wouldn’t adjust……. up or down , plus open and close.

Very poor service

The location was good apartment could be nice if it was cleaner and warmer

We had no hot water or heating, so we couldn't shower and had to sleep fully clothed and has to shower and sleep else where on the last night as was far to cold. The microwave had no door so was unusable and there were stains all over the sofa. There was dried baked beans in the table deco We contacted the owner multiple times and didn't have so much of a reply, the number wasn't answered after multiple attempts to call and the number texts came from wasn't one we could call back. Over all a very dissatisfied and unhappy stay. Plenty more photos if needed.

Worst experience, do not book!

Nothing, had to book somewhere else as we couldn’t stay there as it was dirty

I turned up there with no information given on how to get in and tried calling and messaging multiple times with no response (still no response now!). Luckily someone who was in there was leaving and sent me an email that I had to send too (which I wasn’t sent!). I emailed them and then had to pay an additional £100 deposit and put my driving license in, complete loads of forms and do a face scan. Once we got in we saw that four other people were in the same situation. One of them went into there room and someone else had been in there an hour and were given the wrong room. I eventually got in and went to our room. Once we got in the room it was dirty and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned from the previous people. There was empty wine bottles, dirty bed sheets, dirty glasses/ cutlery and dirty towels. There was an oven with no trays and nothing to put in it so the oven was useless. I kept trying to reach out to get the room cleaned and there was no response after multiple emails and calls. We had to book somewhere else for the night as we couldn’t stay in a room that was dirty. Do not stay here. The person running has made no attempt to try and solve the situation and has not given me any sort of refund and has ignored all requested. If they would’ve just contacted back and actually cleaned the place, I would’ve given the benefit of the doubt but they have given me no choice. Stay away.

Excellent location and value for money.

Excellent location. Just 5 min walk to the town centre. There's a co-op across the road and a Weatherspoons pub on the corner if you don't fancy cooking yourself - great option for breakfast as it is cheap and decent food. There are lots of other nice cafes close by if you want something a little more special. The flat was very clean and the bed comfy. The sofa in the living room is a pull-out bed I think so isn't that comfortable to chill out on but is ok. The shower pressure and temperature were great - towels were decent and clean. There were some sachets of tea, coffee, sugar and milk which was just enough for the couple of nights I was there. I would definitely stay here again and am planning to do so in the new year.

Data issues, hosts uncontactable & a strong smell in the property

Property was a very good location

Unfortunately this was a very poor experience. There appears to have been a data breach, as I received 3 fraudulent WhatsApp messages containing all of my personal booking details. The apartment smelt strongly of drugs, which was very unpleasant. The host never answered calls or messages, and to make matters worse we were woken early by cleaners trying to open the doors. I would not recommend this property.

Great location and facilities.

Good location - easy access instructions and apartment nice and clean on arrival.

Sofas were comfy but a bit too low. Excellent kitchen facilities but no where to sit at a table to eat breakfast- I think plenty of room for a small table and 2 chairs by TV in lounge. Other than that stay was quite nice. TV in lounge worked fine but in bedroom could only get audio - I did message the owner to let him know. It didn’t really impact our holiday too much though.

A fantastic apartment to make your stay one to remember

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, and in such a great location!! The whole place was so clean and organised, very spacious and modern. It was a few mins walk from the christmas markets, and had a papa johns and tesco just across the road! The car park was a stones throw away so no distance to carry luggage (as a heavy packer that was ideal)! Overall we had a lovely time and staying at such a beautiful place made it that extra bit special for us! We will definitely be coming back to stay here!!

Stay away

Unfortunately there was nothing that we liked

Were do i begin. First off it was meant to be a 5 star apartment well when you pay £145 a night you would expect that for that price. The place looks like it hadn't been deep cleaned properly in months. Food and dust on the coffee table, marks on the walls, cobwebs around the light blubs, make up on the sides in the bathroom. Then there was the screw that was sticking out the bed frame that cut my leg when I walk pass, the front door felt like it was about to fall off and the fridge that fell front everytime you opened it. Plus there apartment location different to the photos we were in a house with single glazed windows which made it sound like everyone out was in the living room. And I was woke up a couple of times by the taxi drivers who congregated outside the apartment thought out the night talking loud or playing music.

Good location for our trip but poor experience overall.

The location was perfect for central Chester. Check in and check out were straightforward.

We had no hot water - well- about 10 seconds of hot water before it would turn completely freezing. Not great for an October stay. There was a note on the boiler stating that it must not be touched - so we didn’t touch it - but there was no communication from the property management despite us messaging and leaving a voicemail. The property was also really noisy - one apartment seemed to be having a huge gathering: at one point, we discovered that the door from the street had been wedged open with a rock so that literally anyone could come and go (which we removed, obviously). Just as we were managing to settle into a movie and take-away in our apartment, the doorbell went off and it was the police asking to be let in - at least 6 officers, so what was going down in the building required a heavy response. The apartments have no management or security presence on site - which isn’t ideal. I was underwhelmed overall and will book a hotel next time. The apartment was functional but needs some TLC - things like the pillows not having pillow-protectors on them - which is pretty basic for any guest accommodation. The towels were clean but obviously very old and thin - with mascara stains also. The cutlery drawer had missing items - there were no teaspoons, for example. All minor things on their own but when you add them up, they make the stay feel like something to be tolerated rather than enjoyed.

How close it was to the city centre

The fact that we had to wait outside for an hour and a half because the property couldn’t be bothered to answer the phones because they didn’t send me a self check in email so we were unable to get into the property. We had to ring customer services on booking.com to get it. Disgraceful

Don’t bother!

Great location

The heating was set on a timer at 17 degrees. It couldn’t be altered to a set time. I paid £25 for an early check in, I had an email confirmation that I could check in early. However the key code was not released until the standard check in time. No one would answer the phone when I rang to question it and have not received a refund if the extra amount even after disputing it. No hair dryer in room as stated. I had 3 fraudulent messages via WhatsApp asking for money regarding this stay. They had all of my private details including stay dates.

Great place, easy to find and get the keys. Fab location, multistory car park is right by it. Was £18.50 for around 24 hours. Place was clean and tidy, just what we needed. Would recommend!
