Overall very good value for money. Fantastic location. The self check-in instructions were very clear and thorough, which made getting into the apartment a breeze. The apartment itself seemed recently renovated and modern. I also thought the bed, pillow and blanket were very comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and included coffee capsules and also salt for cooking. WiFi worked well.

Cleaning could be improved. When I got to the apartment there were long black hairs, a bit of dust and some other small particles scattered on the floor. Some strands of hair on the towels aswell. Wasn't terribly untidy, but definitely noticeable. It would be more convenient if the 1,5€/night city tax would be included in the price paid beforehand. Now you have to leave it in cash on the table, which is a bit annoying if you end up having to withdraw money from an ATM and break a bill somewhere to make it happen. Also, I would rewrite the message sent to the guests about the tax. Now you basically get a message saying that you better pay it or you will be reported to the relevant authorities, which will result in formal sanctions. Comes across as a bit too threatening in my opinion. Some of the construction work seemed a bit rushed and low budget in the kitchen. The cabinet door above the sink was falling apart (mentioned it to the owner and apparently a new one is on the way), the bottom panel under the lower cabinettes is too big and doesn't fit so it's kind of just shoved roughly into place. Also the ventilation shaft was cut into the wrong size. Small things but they take away from the high-end feel.
