The Westin St Thomas Beach Resort & Spa

The property was very beautiful and not too far from a lot of places.

I didn’t like that they don’t tell you ahead of time about the $200 daily fee they add on when you arrive.

The lo-fi vibe open lobby and very helpful, lovely arrival + check-in staff, and the raggae covers playlist welcomed and relaxed us immediately. Every dining venue was wonderful, and the Coffee Shop is the perfect additional food option -- delicious coffee and whole wheat bagels. The main pool and view of the reef are amazing. The Spa was excellent, the therapists masterful. The shared beach with Buoy House is spectacular -- NOT to be missed. The fish tacos, Lavender Lemonade and Root Beer Float cocktais for lunch at the beach restaurant were SO unique and singularly delicious. The ambient music around the Westin Resort is the perfect blend of American + British vintage hits. No trigger songs, just sing-a-long lyrics and warm memories (and we only heard a Swifty pop tune once thankfully!) BONUS: The lobby + property cats are super cute. Don't miss the sunset cruise -- really affordable, great crew on an immaculate catamaran and perfect length of time.

The only complaint was the desk chair vinyl was torn so we couldn't use it without wasting a towel to cover it.

In general, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Shower was great.

Housekeeping was very erratic. We did not get any clean hand towels or bath mat for several days. When I told management, they sent someone quickly, but they still did not bring any hand towels or bath mats. Also they did not replace the tissues which were used up even though the empty box was out in plain sight.
