About this apartment rental
Large apartment of 80 m2, located 50 meters from the entrance of the Arsenale Biennale of art and architecture.
400 years ago, the palace was the home of the chief workers of the Corderie dell'Arsenale, buildings in which the ropes of Venetian vessels were woven and which now house the Biennale.
Our apartment is continuously modernized, but does not lose its historical origins.
The bedroom is large and welcoming, on summer nights you can hear the light sound of the Campiello della Tana fountain in the distance.
The living room will allow you to rest comfortably in 5 people, as well as to eat on the large round table, or even just watch TV from the soft sofa.
If you want, we are perfectly equipped for you to cook.
In the comfortable entrance you can leave shoes, jackets, keys and umbrellas.
Two powerful column fans allow you to have cool both in the living room and in the bedroom on hot days.
Throughout the house there is WIFI, free for our guests.

I really enjoyed this apartment. It is large and spacious and is comfortable. It is not fancy. The location is at the far eastern end of Venice and it is a great location if you are in Venice to attend the bienale. The host, who I did not meet, was responsive. I recommend.

Sie befindet sich in der Zugangsstraße zum Arsenalle (Veranstaltungen).
In der Gasse ist immer munteres Treiben, man könnte die Besucher beobachten, nur leider kann man die Fenster wegen der vielen Moskitos nicht öffnen da auch ALLE Moskitonetze defekt und wenn man ein Fenster öffnet darf man dann die Nacht durch die Moskitos jagen oder am nächsten Tag zerstochen aufwachen, "und das noch Ende Oktober"!
Leider wurde dann auch noch die Kombitherme (Heizung und Warmwasser) Undicht und hat beim Sicherheitsventil zu tropfen angefangen so das wir eine Plastikgeschirr unterstellen mussten so das die Küche keinen schaden nimmt.
Und immer wieder das den Wasserdruck in der Therme nachfüllen so das diese keinen Schaden nimmt..
Leider hat der Vermieter nicht auf mein Mail in dem ich ihn das gemeldet habe reagiert so wie leider auch schon vorher, wo er nicht auf Mails geantwortet hat.
Was ich für nicht in Ordnung befinde.
Ansonsten können wir (wenn die Moskitonetze und die Therme repariert werden) die Wohnung weiterempfehlen da wir uns in ihr ansonsten sehr wohl gefüllt haben.

In the alley is always lively activity, you could watch the visitors, but unfortunately you can not open the windows because of the many mosquitoes because all mosquito nets are broken and if you open a window then you can chase the night through the mosquitoes or the next Wake up the day bitten, "and still in late October"!
Unfortunately, then also the Kombitherme (heating and hot water) leaked and started to drip at the safety valve so that we had to place a plastic crockery so that the kitchen takes no harm.
And again and again that replenish the water pressure in the spa so that this takes no damage ..
Unfortunately, the landlord has not responded to my mail in which I have reported him as unfortunately before, where he has not responded to mails.
What I do not feel right.
Otherwise, we can (if the mosquito nets and the spa to be repaired) recommend the apartment as we have otherwise filled in it very well.
