Quiet comfortable stay very close to the beach and the dolphin tour boats (1 minute walk)

The accommodation is very close to Lovina beach and a number of good Warungs and restaurants. The rooms are nice and have a nice semi-outdoor bathroom. It is quiet and quite private.

The A/C needed re-gassing and the ceiling fan didn't work, but the A/C was cool enough after letting it run for a while.

Decent guest house, needs more attention to cleaning

Beautiful garden, good rooms with Aircon. Close to beach with beautiful sunset. Very good value. Showers and toilets were good, hot water in the shower. Places to eat and Laundry facilities nearby.

They did not clean the room during our 6 day stay. Did not replace toilet tissue in the bathroom, or empty our bin. The road was narrow so it was difficult for taxi drivers to turn around. The locals tended to harass us, chasing us down the beach. No drinking water provided. We saw two cockroaches on our last day, but I think this was not usual for them.

Great place to stay by the seaside

I liked staying at this place - the sea is 2 minutes walk, there are a few warungs with good food, a few guides offer tours, the place is quiet and nice to stay - clean, good rooms, good internet, very nice area

I would equip a small shared kitchen - to cook small things or cut salad, also, a shared fridge would be good

Very quite, peaceful, cosy place, beautiful spacious well-kept garden, clean room and bathroom, good linen, comfortable pillow, nice terrace where you can sit and enjoy the garden and a cup of tea :) Very nice, friendly, helpful hosts! I asked for a glass of hot water and they provided me with an electric kettle which was perfect for my evening tea ceremony :) Liked this place a lot!! Booked for 1 night but extended for 1 night more :) Really felt myself as at home :)

Nice bungalow, loved the spacious room and outdoor bathroom.

The wifi connection in the room is really poor, we didn’t have any wifi connection in the room itself. It’s also a bit further away from Lovina Beach. There is a beach close by, but it was full of trash. This is not the fault of the accommodation of course, but it’s good to know that you need a motorbike or taxi to get to the nice beach and restaurants.

Tranquil Setting with Friendly Staff

The room was comfortble, but walls and curtains need to be cleaned to remove the dust and dirt. Property is approximately 100 metres from beach. Breakfast includes fresh fruit salad and fresh fruit juices.

On my previous stay before the pandemic there was a shared refrigerator for storage of beverages and other items. Sadly the refrigerator died during pandemic and there is no replacementt for cold drinks etc.

The room and bathroom was lovely.

The location was out of the main area. When we arrived there was no bike available so we had to walk 2 miles into town. The area is a bit of a scam as not much tourism in area. I would skip lovina altogether unless you want to do the dolphins.

Pretty but not so good location

The property itself is very nice and well kept with a nice design.

The walk was about 40 minutes each way to the centre of Lovina. Although the outdoor bathroom was nice we had a rat in ours and kept getting lizards into our room.

it was ok, but we were planning to stay longer in the area and we wanted a place on the beach. the property has got a nice garden though, and it's quiet and clean. breakfast is essential but at least it's provided.

Overall lovely gem

We wanted to stay in a quiet place and that's why why extended our stay there. We were happy with everything beside couple of small things..

For this kind of price the breakfast could be bigger, we ended up ordering a pancake or omlet as well beside the free breakfast which was two toasts, jam and fruits, coffee. The only thing that really bothered me was that 7am in the morning the guys would start wiping the flowers and leaves together behind our window and it woke us up. Every bit of sound comes through to the room.

Quiet, nice place.

Quiet area during day time, nice and green surroundings. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom has a roof but in general its outdoors (there's a wall so no one will see you naked taking a shower) and it's so cool. Lots of warungs close by and store just 100m. Beach is right there which we adore.

We booked a room with 1 bed but the first night we had 2 beds, which is not the end of the world but you know... Breakfast is very small - 2 toasts, some butter and jam, some fruit and coffee. But you can always upgrade it for a cheap price. Warung close by had live music and you can hear the music. If you want total quietness then this might bother you. We liked it, we read a book and listened to the music.

Simpel maar oké.

De locatie was fantastisch. Gelegen in een rustige omgeving en de bungalow zelf ligt aan een mooie tuin. Strand is op 2 minuten lopen. Je kunt daar niet echt liggen want er liggen boten op het strand. Maar een mooie wandeling kun je er wel maken.

Ik vind het heel twijfelachtig. Het bed was goed, maar er lag een dun laken op waar je onder kon slapen. De kamer zelf was vrij saai. Daarentegen was het terras voor de bungalow weer erg mooi en prettig. De badkamer is zwaar verouderd maar tegelijkertijd had het ook z’n charmes omdat het half open was en er stonden planten. Mooi maar oud. Ik miste showergel en shampoo. Ik miste glazen en een flesje water. Dus eigenlijk had de accomodatie alleen een bed en handdoeken te bieden. Ik vind dit wel een gemiste kans. Een tip voor de eigenaar: Je kunt veel meer met de accomodatie en het terrein. Ik denk ook dat het tijd wordt voor renovatie. Er is ook genoeg ruimte voor het creëeren van een zwembad.

Je ne recommande pas ce bel endroit car l’hôte gâche malheureusement votre séjour…

La chambre est spacieuse et propre. La salle de bain est bien avec un air de nature.

Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas bon. Nous avions réservé le tour de dauphins avec l’hôtel et nous n’avons pas du tout aimé la « chasse aux dauphins » avec des centaines de bateaux autour de nous. De plus, quand nous l’avons dit à l’hôte il s’est ouvertement foutu de nous.

Отличный отель. За такие деньги просто превзошел все ожидания Расположен в 20 метрах от моря. Номера и территория чистые и ухоженные. Хозяева очень дружелюбные, помогают решать любые вопросы. Помогут с арендой скутера или поездкой куда-либо по ценам ниже чем у остальных. В следующий раз обязательно вернемся в этот отель. Спасибо за отличный отдых.
