Nauru Beach Club was wonderful. The gardens at the Benni are also beautiful.

The soap dispensers at the women's pool washroom ran out in the evening as did the women's soap dispensers at the washroom lobby.

Great overall experience

The location is great and the staff are awesome. The sister location Nuru is awesome to use the pool and beach access. This is my 2nd time back and will definitely be returning.

The only complaint was our room had a "mildew smell" - and there was never any hot water in the late afternoon/evenings. showers were luke warm at best.

Small resort with everything you need. Not exceptionally luxurious, but staff were excellent.

The staff were amazing. The pool was clean with a great view of the ocean! The room was clean and comfortable. The resort was small and easily accessible.

The building is fairly old and a bit dated. The food was decent. Not a ton of variety since it is a small resort. The rooms are not on the beach but we didn’t mind the walk to the beach club.

The staff are very kind and friendly. Access to Niru beach club was lovely. Pool at Binniguenda looks tired. Appreciate the authentic theme. Great entertainment.

A wonderful hotel in a great location with superb staff.

Hotel was lovely, beds comfortable and staff were so friendly and accommodating. Loved going to their beach club during the day.

The only thing we didn’t care for was the food. It was great the first few days and then it became bland and not enough variety.

UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE

Everything and everyone from your reception desk to the ladies cleaning the hotel. The dancers were our friends. Everyone was so welcoming. Patricio, David, Pamela, Alfonso, Sylvia, and I can't name all. Thank you for making this trip unforgettable. We cannot wait to come back with our kids. VIVA MEXICO! I LOVE THIS COUNTRY. YOUR KIDS WILL LOVE THIS HOTEL

The beach club is a super plus! It is a 5 minute drive from the hotel. But there is a shuttle every 30 minutes. The staff is just amazing! Everyone gets out of their way to help and be kind to the guests. The night shows were amazing! The performers take time to have breakfast with the guests and tell you about their shows and careers. Super family friendly.

The food options for vegetarians are not great. We had to be very creative to find a main course for every meal. All the soups are chicken broth based. We unfortunately also got a belly bug once (which is kind of ok, considering it is a buffet meal and the high temperatures). For the all inclusive price we had expected better meal options. The WiFi needs to be improved.

Hotel was very average to be honest, without the Beach club access, would not be worth the money. And even at that Beach club very ordinary. Shame really. 5/10, staff are lovely and helpful butbin general all mexicans are awesome.

Ok hotel

Like the comfy of the beds good mattress Loved the the cleaning ladies cleaned the room every day and put new clean towels. The staff at the food court excellent Always so helpful Wild life on the back stunning The club Niru with stunning view loved it

We didn’t have internet in our room. The beach club closes at 5 and some of the beach staff were not nice cause they were just repeating that the beach club will be closed soon.

It was very enjoyable

The rooms were nice, the pool/beach club was great- staff were good, sometimes at the front desk were not very helpful but for the most part it was great. Check in was seemless

the fact that you didn't have food options between 5pm and 730 pm.. not very helpful with families with children for sure.

Avoid the rooms with old ACs!!!

Food ok, good. Location also ok. Small nice hotel. Night shows were amazing. Staff super nice. Beach club is nice, pool awesome.

Loud music all the time, everywhere, annoying. They gave us a king size room with an awful AC, the room smelled like humidity when AC was on. We got sick, idk if AC caused it. After two nights of this nightmare we asked for another room with a newer AC and it was amazing. Bit we had to ask for it. It is unacceptable they're offering those rooms with old ACs. The old room was even more expensive! It looked like a 2-Star hotel max. Very disappointed. Never going back to this hotel.

Very good

The room was very clean. The hotel is located in an amazing garden with various option to have fun with the kids like a mini-golf and table tennis. There was a shuttle to the beach club every half hour, but it is also possible to walk to the beach. We liked the restaurant at the beach club where the lunch was. The pool was nice but the beach is open to the public and was always very crowded.

We didn't like the food in the main restaurant (breakfast and dinner). It was not very delicious and caused some stomach problems to my husband and me.

they charged us more than was said . no elevator and we had a elder person . the tv in room didn’t work . wifi in rooms never worked. food always cold .your at the beach club and can’t go in wet to eat in the restaurant. at dinner time they have a show and they don’t have enough tables for every room so you have to share a table with other people and we are high with COVID cases . the people go to eat and stay till show is done the people that want to eat have to wait till people leave at 10pm to eat . I would not stay there again and would not recommend to any

NEVER AGAIN!

The cooks, waiters and maids were very nice.

I Can only wear gym shoes. We were not allowed to eat in the specialty restaurant because of wearing gym shoes. Lunch was off the property. We arrived around 11:15 or so. We were hungry. Lunch off the property didn’t start until 1:00. If we would have eaten when we got to the hotel, that would be breakfast. So then on the day checking out we would have to pay for breakfast per management. There were other issues.
