Spacey room with everything you need (AC, big walk-in shower with hot water available 24/7, the most comfortable bed we had in Java!) helpful staff great value for money, close to center and some nice local restaurants around (and even Starbucks or Burger King if one needs rest from daily Nasi goreng diet 😂). Great for a base to explore the city of Malang as well as tours to Bromo, Tumpak Sewu and Ijen.

The hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with a large bathroom and great air conditioning. I especially loved the entrance, with the beautiful wooden floor and water underneath, with koi fish swimming below — such a charming detail! The hotel is also very peaceful, located on a quiet, elegant street surrounded by lots of greenery. The main street with restaurants is also easily reachable with about a 20-minute walk. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, available 24/7 to assist with all my requests, from helping me find a driver for excursions to arranging the laundry service. Overall, a wonderful stay and definitely a place I would recommend!
more hooks or towel racks would be helpful

Messy check in, wrong room assigned (lower category than booked), unresponsive to messages, unflexibel for check out
