This hotel needs a makeover.

Location was great , near the ferry port. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed was comfortable but the decor in the room is shabby and dated. The bathroom was horrendous, the shower head was broken and the water just trickled out. The push button for the loo was broken, the tap on the sink has lost all of the stainless steel and it just looks dirty. I guess it’s all just old & really needs a makeover. Only stayed one night as we were getting the ferry to Samos…. couldn’t have stayed any longer!

The Smell from Toilet to your Bedroom is unbelieavable. Really stinky you cant Not sleep. The Bed is broken. What else do you need for a good sleep?

Avoid

The location is good but don't buy into the advertised photos of clear views of the harbour.... It is not front facing. You're viewing a manky car park first, then some sea in the distance

Basically everything, we left after 1 night and booked another hotel. Room was tiny, dirty, outdated, balcony is tiny and the place smells. I hate having to give this review but it's just what myself and wife witnessed 🤷

To be honest, I chose the hotel with good footing as my top priority, so I have a few wishes, but considering the cost performance, I have no complaints. However, with such a good environment, I thought that if they could somehow improve it, it could become a wonderful hotel.

I would definitely never recommend staying here.

Only good feature was its rooftop view.

The fact that there was no wifi in the rooms. The wifi in the lobby was also terrible and only once worked for me for 5 minutes. On top of this the bathrooms were small dark and the shower had one jet of water.

You get what you pay for - as long as you have no expectations, very high tolerance level and ignore the broken bits and

Great location, short walk to the markets, shops, food and the sea. Landed in the early morning and were allowed to check in early so no complaints about that. Basic necessities provided like shampoo and soap.

Poor hygiene especially the bathrooms and outdated bedrooms and overall appearance of the hotel (e.g. television and lifts) Poor selection of breakfast foods and refilled by the staff with bare hands not using utensils e.g. refilling the cheeses. Some staff were unhelpful in their efforts and were disinterested to provide extra information. WiFi unfortunately does not work in the rooms, only in the lobby and in specific areas which was highly inconvenient when booking excursions or wanting to surf the internet. Had to change room when the toilet did not flush and balcony door did not close. Also the first time I had seen a boxy TV in about 20 years (which didn’t even work). Second room was better but shower head sprayed everywhere.

Many things can be said about this hotel.

A view from the balcony was nice. You really see the sea. Location is very good - a few steps from sea shore (harbour, not beach). Several places to go shopping, coffee or food. Beds were comfortable. There was a fridge, working AC unit.

Safe was present but forget about storing laptop inside as it was too small to fit one even diagonally. Wi-Fi was only in a lobby and directly above it (when it worked at all). Forget about it once you enter your room. Drinking glasses also do not exist. Want to drink something? Buy yourself a souvenir mug in the city. Lack of kettle to make a tea or coffee comes as a result. Smell from bathroom was one of a kind. Hard to tell was it humidity or toilet related. There were three power sockets. One behind TV set so could not be used. Other powers a fridge. Third was in a corner of a room and was the only usable one. TV set was fun - someone painted it on the back during room renovation. Four channels of Turkish TV with signal level between poor and "random dots" ones. If you have more than one bed, check do you have quilt for each of them. You may be surprised. Breakfast on Sunday was free buffet. On other days you get plate of things (see one of photos). There were omelets one day. Coffee machine served only instant one (bleh). Hotel begs for renovation. Lamps in a room were deformed from heat which suggests that they were installed long time ago and no one looked at them later.

Great location, good stay - Great value

The hotel was as expected. It was good value for the money we paid. It is located in a great area with access to shops, nightly activities and public transit. Restaurant options are countless within a 10 minute walk. A supermarket is nearby as well. Overall it is a good value for the prices. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The rooms are simple. Meet your needs as a hotel room. There is a card needed to keep the electricity on while you are in the room. The issue is that when you leave and take the key the fridge has no power so your food will not stay cold. The wifi is limited to the lobby which obligates you to leave the room to search for information about the city, planning trips or anything else you need.

Okay but needs improvement

The girl at reception was amazing. She was very busy but she accommodated our group as best as she could even before the check-in. The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was good and there are a lot of choices, though there is little to no variety between meals. Bed was OK. Location is unbeatable, the hotel is right in the center, and very close to the beach and port.

Parking is difficult. You wait at a barrier on the busy main street, and then proceed to a narrow underground garage. Cleanliness can be MUCH improved - there were hairs from the previous customer everywhere, the bathroom smelled strongly of mould and overall looked poorly maintained. The showerhead is fixed to the wall, and looked like it would fall of at any time. The room seems to be stuck in the 90s with a tiny CRT TV and only 2 outlets (for the TV and the fridge). The AC was positioned so that it was blowing right across the bed which was an issue during the hot nights.

If you want to see Kusadasi - give this hotel a chance

The hotel is in a great location and very spacious and sunny. There is a very accessible pool and restaurant on the roof. We also had free parking. The hotel will probably have to renovate the bathrooms at some point because everything else is at a higher level of service. The staff is very welcoming and hospitable.

The internet was only in the lobby but it was reliable and constant

We visit Kusadasi often and always stay at Surtel. The location could not be better for the shopping centre and sea front. Food is excellent in terms of choice and quality, views from the rooms on the hill facing side of the hotel are spectacular and give panorama of the town and sea.

Адски Шумен хотел, дискотеката не спира с извънредно силни децибели до пет часа сутринта. Дограмата се тресе, леглата подскачат. Там няма вечерен час за силна музика, меката на дрогата и алкохола. Климатиците В повечето стаи не работят!!! Леглата са неудобни! Има само статичен горен душ в банята и не можеш да се облееш след плаж без да си намокриш косата. Закуската беше еднообразна, кафето ужасно, асансьорът не работеше, трябваше да се върви пеша до последния етаж и обратно. последните два дни нямахме топла вода и не можехме да се изкъпем! Абсурдни условия, никога не бихме повторили! Плажът е далече и е ужасно мръсен и неприятен! Басейнът на хотела е претъпкан И никога няма свободни шезлонги, водата е студена! Има wifi само на рецепция, даже не се хваща и в цялото фоайе. Внимавайте, НЕ сядайте на меката мебел във фоайето да ползвате интернет, защото хапят бълхи, цялото ми тяло беше в пъпки за половин час!!!!! Паркингът е подземен и е за не повече от 5-6 коли, съответно цял ден ти местят колата за да влезе и излезе някой. Целият ни капак беше надран!

L’hôtel a besoin de gros travaux , à tous les niveaux , le matériel est vieillot, cassé, et certaines choses ne fonctionne pas . Nous avons changé deux fois de chambre en deux jours « douche qui ne fonctionne pas , frigo dans la chambre et téléphone pour appeler la réception fil coupé! Le seul point positif l’emplacement et la vue magnifique depuis la piscine et terrasse.

Konumu tam liman karşısında.Merkezi bir yer.Resepsiyondaki arkadaş iyi niyetli ve elindeki imkanlarla ne yapabileceğinin de farkında.

Oda, yataklar, klima, banyo, mini dolap, asansör, duş…Çok üzgünüm ama bina bile yıkılmak üzere…Klima traktör gibi çalışıyor, mini dolap soğutmuyor ( iki defa söyledik bu sıcakta sıcak su içtik), oda eski, eşyalar eski, tuvalet ve banyo (!) anlatılmaz yaşanır.Bina asansör bir gün çalışmadı.Otopark var diye burayı tercih etmiştim, ilk günü bıraktık ikinci günü doluymuş ücretli otoparka bıraktık aracı.

Es gab 4 Zimmer zur Auswahl.

Im 1. Zimmer war es nicht möglich die Balkontür zu schließen. Im 2. Zimmer lief ständig die Klospülung. Im 3. Zimmer spiegelte sich Zimmer 2 wieder Tatsächlich haben wir mit dem 4. Zimmer eines mit verschlossener Balkontür und intakter Klospülung erwischt. (zumindest funktional, die Klappe die man kennt war offen und man konnte an einem Stäbchen ziehen) Die offene Balkontür wäre nicht so schlimm, wenn nicht bis 2 Uhr, aus mindestens 3 Discotheken, dröhnende Musik zu hören wäre. Der inbegriffene Parkplatz hat sich auch als nicht ganz richtig erwiesen.... das Angebot vom Hotel war dass sie uns zu einem öffentlichen Parkplatz begleiten wenn wir ankommen.... Wir konnten nicht bis vor das Hotel fahren da eine Schranke die Durchfahrt verhinderte. Nicht alle Zimmer sind Nichtraucherzimmer, kann gefallen muss aber nicht. :-) Nachdem man die kalte Dusche "genossen" hat durfte man sich mit verrauchten Handtüchern trocknen. Ob es nur kein warmes Wasser mehr gab, weil wir erst um 21:00 Uhr einchecken oder ob das generell so ist, weiß ich nicht.

Konumu cok iyiydi. Yürüme mesafesiydi sahile ve akşamları da heryere yürüyerek gittik.

Kahvaltısı güzel degildi, bunun yanı sıra hergün de aynı şeyler vardı. Otopark var denilsede aslında kendinizin park etmesi gereken ve çok az araç kapasiteli biyeri kullanıyorlardı ve yere nispeten daha yakın araçların girmesi imkansızdı. Bu sebeple çevrede park yeri aramak zorunda kaldık hergün çok zordu. Balkonundaki sandalye ve masa cok eskiydi kırılıcak diye korktuk. Şehrin sesi de odanın içine cok geliyordu akşam uyumakta zorlandık.

Очень удобно расположен, рядом с портом, магазинами, ресторанами. Внутри есть большое лобби, лифт, большая терраса для завтраков с очень красивыми видами.

В номерах нет интернета (кажется, во всем мире 21 век, нет?) При трехместном размещении дали всего два полотенца. Завтраки очень скудные. Постельное белье и полотенца серые, такое ощущение, что не чистые. Душ лил на пол.

Rezervați fara all inclusive. Nu are nicio treaba cu asta. În rest… ok!

Așezaseră aproape de orice.

Mâncarea… “comestibilă” asta e cel mai bun lucru pe care îl pot spune. dar conceptul lor de “all inclusive”… departe de adevăr. Cel mult pensiune completă. Totuși prețul e apropiat de “all inclusive” de la alte hoteluri care știu sa facă asta. Dacă nu aș fi plătit “all inclusive” era ok.
