It was not worth it.

It was clean but the building itself is very old. Lift is rattling. The TV and the code of the FLEX tv wasn’t working the batteries were not working too. The host did not try to solve it or acknowledge it but told me to restart the tv which did not work anyways!

There was a sudden power cut all around the area. Specially when you are having apartment on 12 floor and there is total power outage you need the host to respond to your message that if there is something serious or it’s normal and will be fixed. I messaged the host 12 times and even tried to call during this period of power outage as I had no power bank or any candle but the host ghosted me and did not even reply in the morning and I checked out. But no one reached out to acknowledge my worry or situation at night and not to reply to me! The location is not convenient at all. All the grocery shops or eating places are Atleast 1.5km away.

great place with a perfect panoramic view

Great place with a colossal view. by car I could reach all places in the center in about 7-10 minutes. there is a grocery store next door, so there was no problem figuring out where to eat, because we could buy products and cook food like at home. We really liked it

My traveling companions commented on the comfort of the beds, but it's a matter of taste, because I personally found the double bed very comfortable, but my husband said he didn't like it too much. Even the child spoke about the sofa, but the child spent most of the time in the chair, which he fell in love with and now we will look for one to be at home :)

A very nice stay in a nice apartment.

According to expectations.

We liked how spacious the apartment was. The view was also very nice, considering that it was on the 12th floor.

The area where the apartment is quite disconnected from the city center. You can order a taxi or you can use public transport (for which is really hard to buy a ticket if you do not have cash), but if you want to talk a walk for example, you end up walking next to the highway with no sidewalk. And we found other parts of the city where there is no sidewalk, which was weird for a capital city in Europe. The area is full with old soviet-like apartment buildings (the one where the apartment is located is too). We did not have a problem with that, but just wanted to highlight it.

Dzīvoklis ļoti nolietots, uz griestiem pelējums, saplēstas grīdu līstes, galds nobružāts , sienas tāpat. Ļoti auksti, palikām ar maziem bērniem , rezultāta pēdējā dienā abi bērni ar iesnām.

Widok i lokalizacja. Właściciel bardzo pomocny. Wyjeżdżając zostawiliśmy kilka rzeczy i bez żadnego problemu odesłał je nam do domu pocztą.

Gdy przyjechaliśmy apartament nie był dokładnie posprzątany, ale w tej cenie nie ma co narzekać.

Dirty apartment

Erdvu. Vaizdas iš aukštai. Plati miegamojo lova.

Nešvaru. Nebuvo aišku, ar butas buvo išvalytas prieš atvykstant ar ne, nes daug įsisenėjusių dulkių, apie spinteles nekalbu, vonioje labai nešvaru, wc popieriaus pateikimas toks sakyčiau negražus. Rankšluosčiai gal ir buvo švarūs, bet kvapas labai keistas, nesinorėjo jais naudotis. Patalynė lyg ir švari. Lova nelabai patogi, su spyruokliniu čiužiniu, labai girgždėjo ir blaškė miegą. Kavos aparatas be kapsulių. Daugelis baldų nudrengti, nusidėvėję - būtina keisti naujais ir aplamai labai prašosi kosmetinio remonto visas butas. 68€ už tokį jovalą mums buvo per didelė kaina nakčiai.

Удобная квартира с интересной планировкой и красивым видом из окон. Кухня полностью оборудована, есть всё необходимое. Хозяйка квартиры была доступна по телефону и помогла нам заселиться, несмотря на наш поздний приезд. Тихий спальный район, рядом есть достаточно большой продуктовый магазин, недалеко от центра города.

Полы были не настолько чистыми, чтобы ходить без обуви. Планировка подъезда интересная, но поначалу кажется запутанной.

Przestronny apartament z widokiem

Dobra lokalizacja, apartament przestronny i dobrze wyposażony, ładny widok z okien, bezproblemowy kontakt z Gospodarzem, możliwość pobytu z psem bez dodatkowych opłat bardzo na plus :)

Mogłoby być troszkę dokładniej posprzątane i fajnie, jakby były rolety lub zasłony na wszystkich oknach (przy słonecznym dniu pomieszczenia szybko się nagrzewają)

Dość liczne mankamenty ale rekompensuje je nizsza cena

Widok z okna, wygodne podwójne łóżko w sypialni

Słabe światło w toalecie (migająca żarówka I ciemno), w salonie poduszki w sofie się rozjeżdżały co było mało wygodne dla 2 osób które na nim spały. Wyposażenie kuchni mógłoby być lepsze. Brakowało jednej poszewki na poduszkę. Nakrycia łóżek poukrywane w szafach zamiast być położone na łóżkach w miejscu łatwo widocznym. Niektore meble mało estetyczne (stolik z napuchnietym blatem) - powinny być wymienione. Ściany wprawdzie świeżo pomalowane ale liczne ubytki w tynku już nie zagipsowane. Mieszkanie sprawia wrażenie utrzymanego we względnej czystości oraz ogólnym stanie minimalnym kosztem.

С небольшими оговорками, хорошее место для ночлега.

Красивый вид на окрестности. Две изолированные комнаты. На кухне есть все, что необходимо.

В санузле есть проблема, которую необходимо устранить - вероятно неправильно смонтирован сифон в душевой или присутствует негерметичность в соединении канализационных труб, на что указывает запах, который усиливается при включении вытяжного вентилятора...

Просторная квартира,легко получить ключи,имеется подробная инструкция для заселения.

Практически отсутствовали шампунь и гель для душа,УЖАСНО скрипит двуспальная кровать,а также скрипит дверь в санузел,квартира достаточно подуставшая,не помешает косметический ремонт,стоит неприятный запах при входе в квартиру.
