Initially we’re hesitant but it was such a great experience, cleanliness, the staffs, everything is such a great experience

Located only a few meters from the waking mall with many restaurant options nearby. Nice room overlooking the street and appreciated the onsite clothes washing machine. Staff reviews were mixed, but it may have been due to language barriers.

Some kind of alarm went off at 1:30 am and woke me up. Then an announcement was made in Chinese. Then nothing. What was happening? Was there a fire? Was it a prank? Sadly, no explanations were given, and we just had to figure out that it was probably nothing. But meanwhile, our sleep was already broken. It would have been nice for a translation to have been announced in the loudspeaker as well. Why kind of check out time is 11:00 am? Why can’t they just fix it as 12:00 like everyone else? And check in is already so late as it is. And Agoda - this is your fault. You didn’t tell me there was no window in the room. I had to upgrade and pay extra for a window! So disappointed.
