About this cabin rental

Close to skiing, a ski area, and more, this smoke-free cabin brings it all within reach. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 7-minute walk to Tahoe City Field Station or the 13-minute walk to Skylandia Park.

After you return, you can unwind by the outdoor pool or sip a drink on the balcony. When you come inside, connect to the free WiFi or get cozy in front of the digital TV (streaming services available).

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental features a living room, a fireplace, concierge services, and tour/ticket assistance. Bathroom amenities include free toiletries, towels, and toilet paper. The property is very functional and served our needs well. It could use some sprucing up and a little more detail to cleaning. There's a very unpleasant odor in the front entryway that leads down to the lower floor. Could possibly be coming from the washer. Floor coverings in basement are pretty dated. Again, we want to express that the property served our needs well. Thank you.

Beautiful condo in great location near Tahoe City. Plenty of room for 5 people. Comfortable bedrooms and living areas. Clean, well-functioning bathrooms. Great kitchen stocked with cooking equipment and some food including spices, teas, etc. Responsive contacts by phone or text. Two downsides--traffic noise from Rt 28 and malfunctioning refrigerator. We followed instructions on it to wait 24 hr from check in to call if not cooling. So we did but a technician did arrive until 24 hr later. By then we were mostly through our stay. He was unable to repair refrigerator but did lend us his Yeti cooler. Would recommend to call AvantStay as soon as trouble arises and not wait.
