The hotel was super nice the front desk clerk was amazing made my time in Montana super memorable, if it wasn't for him I probably would not come back to Montana but he made me feel welcomed and like I belonged there. It was amazing thank you to him.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location in town. Breakfast options are somewhat limited, but still decent compared to other hotels in the same class.

Great place to stay on the west side of yellowstone, Right in town, top of town, hooked up with a RV park, main building interior and exterior well maintained, young lady that checked us in was great, kind, helpful and helped us pick a great place to have Pizza, Wild West Pizza, I would recommend them, great food, great service. Back to hotel, in the morning, very great staff, could be the owner, not sure, but very contentious working hard to maintain the property. He even helped me load bags into my car!!! Above and beyond what one would expect. I would recommend the property.
