⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cycladic Suites & Spa exceeded our expectations! From the beautiful room to the perfect location, everything about our stay was wonderful. What made our two-night stay even more special was the exceptional service we received from the manager, Dior, and Vanessa. They were both incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They also gave us great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay, and their kindness and excellent service made a big difference. Thank you, Dior and Vanessa, for making our stay so amazing! We would definitely love to come back. ❤️

If you like a private quiet place, ocean view, bubble pool and walking distance to restaurants, markets, bus station and everything this is a great resort. Very service minded and friendly management. We recommend this place to everyone.

Where to start… Unfortunately, our stay at Cycladic Suites & Spa did not get off to a great start. Due to widespread ferry cancellations, we were unable to make the first night of our reservation. We contacted management and explained that the situation was completely outside of our control, hoping they might be willing to offer any refund. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to refund any of the money paid for that night. Instead, we were offered a complimentary breakfast — although breakfast was already included in our reservation… With the unpredictable weather and frequent ferry disruptions in the Greek islands, I think this is something potential guests should be aware of: if your ferry is cancelled or significantly delayed and you are unable to make a night of your reservation, the hotel does not appear willing to offer any refund for the missed night. That said, I want to be fair and make it clear that the remainder of this review is based solely on our actual experience at the hotel. Unfortunately, we found the location to be less than ideal. It is an uphill/downhill walk from the Fira bus station, which can be challenging with luggage. More importantly, the surroundings and view did not match what we expected based on the price. As you can see in the attached photos, there is no Caldera view, and in our opinion, the view was not worth the cost of a night here. Breakfast is another area where we felt the hotel fell short. At €17 per person, we would recommend going to one of the nearby restaurants instead, where you can get better quality for less money. We have stayed at hotels costing around €80 per night elsewhere in Greece that provided complimentary breakfasts that were significantly better. One other basic issue to note was no hand soap being provided in the room. The good: * The hot tub and steam room are both very nice. * The shampoo and body wash provided were excellent. * The TV in the room worked well. Overall, while there were some positive aspects to the property, the combination of the lack of flexibility regarding our cancelled first night, the location, the lack of a Caldera view, the breakfast value, and the missing basic amenities made it difficult for us to feel that the hotel offered good value for the price.
