My second stay here was even better than the first one. Everything was exactly as I expected, and once again I had a really great experience. The place is comfortable, well maintained, and everything went smoothly throughout my stay. I’m very happy I decided to come back and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended -100%!

The staff, Mohamed and Amal, were great and very helpful.
The windows don't provide much insulation, so it gets pretty noisy during daytime, specially if your window faces the street.

It was a great pleasure staying at the Hotel Berlin. Perfectly located in Downtown Cairo the hotel is a real oasis and a gem. But, what is truly exceptional are the people working where whose kindness, warmth and benevolence is simply exceptional and extraordinary. For many reasons staying at this hotel is very emotional and brings a touch of the beautiful old world charm and hospitality! Keep up the good work. Highly recommended to the real travellers who know how to appreciate special places.
Everything was perfect!

Staff is helpful and friendly.
Private Shower and communal toilet are dirty (as is the floor in the room). On the last day I saw cockroaches!
