The check in experience was a very pleasant one and the room was clean and neat and tidy
The breakfast was shocking. To serve breakfast in a restaurant like Bossa at a wine farm such as Meerendal in the winelands is about 3 steps backwards in terms of service offering. The service at Bossa was slow and the food did not meet expectations and the offering was very very limited. The check out experience was once again very disappointing with non-engaged staff
