Obiekt bardzo duży, ale dobrze zorganizowany, posiadający spory parking i sympatyczny personel. Pobyt w pełni udany.
Minimalny minus za kolejkę do ekspresu do kawy - nakłada się z kolejką do potraw śniadaniowych. Można by to jakoś lepiej umiejscowić.

Bliskość do stoku. Smaczne śniadania, zrobiono nam też jajka na twardo bez dodatków, gdy poprosiliśmy. Dobre ogrzewanie w pokoju.
Za krótkie godziny otwarcia strefy spa. Zbyt cienkie drzwi pokojów. Brak lodówki w pokoju.

Udogodnienia w postaci dobrze zorganizowanej narciarni, wolnego parkingu i możliwości w zakresie wypakowania i zapakowania samochodu przy recepcji
Przestarzałe wyposażenie: nieszczelny prysznic, słaby odpływ wody w umywalce
