It was a nice walk to Old Town and the Bellvue Beach, but also close to the bus stop for a short bus ride to Old Town.

Hosts live in same property so an easy meet and greet.
Lovely view from the garden terrace
No notification that it was a good walk to any shop tp buy breakfast , cold drinks.

Lovely property with a decent size room about 1.5 miles outside of Dubrovnik old town. Room was clean and towels were provided everyday. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Near a bus route so old town is accessible if you don't want to walk.
Little difficult to find as the instructions given didn't mention going down steps to the property. This would have been helpful initially.

Friendly staff
No tv, bed sheets and towels felt old. I even found toothpaste stain on the mug. Limited lighting and the room felt very congested, old and felt unclean. Very limited WiFi connection that it constantly being disconnected automatically.
