    This hotel has been convenient for a small family, but only when you have 1 child. As the family rooms only have one double bed and one king single. So if travelling with both parent and 2 kids, it will be a bit uncomfortable. I was a little disappointed with the housekeeping when we checked in, as the refillable soap was almost completely out, there was hair in the bathroom and other parts of the room and they didn’t provide cups for the bathroom. On the second day, housekeeping was more attentive, and most of these issues were addressed. The great thing about this hotel is the ease of being connected to Lotte shopping centre, making it very easy for a family to get food, make duty free purchases etc. It also has a laundry service kw$5000 per wash, which is great for young families in need of fresh laundry. Would recommend for small families travelling, looking for a close hotel to Gimpo airport.

    For travellers arriving late or leaving early, the hotel is as convenient as it gets. It is connected by walkways to international and domestic terminals, as well as walkways to/from the metro and bus systems.

    Great location, clean rooms, decent wifi, and accessible to the mall and gimpo airport, within a 15 mins walk. This is a no frills, highly effective hotel.

    Excellent location. Friendly staff. Lacking some facilities like swimming pool or massage center. Main drawback is that there is only 2 lifts for room assessment that may take some time to wait for the lift
