    The place is very old, and very very unclean, the rooms cleanliness is messed up, their sofas and every furniture needs deep cleaning. The neaeby property plays loud songs all evening till 10:30 pm if you are fine it than only book. Also they use cheap business tactics, theyr provide only 1L water per room per day, after that either buy 55rs bottle or drink their RO water that comes in a dirty old jug.

    Booked 2 rooms, one double & triple occupancy. Amenities placed in room were not enough for 3 pax Washroom had stains all around Water bottles were chargeable if you ask more. Only 1 lit water for 3 pax Food was average Staff was helpful Location is good all rooms had balcony

    Room service not good. If you order something it will take long time to delivered and not provide good service in cleaning part also. Not recommend to other people. Waste of money. Not value for booking. And they asked also ealry checking around 10 am for 500 rupees before 12 timing so this is very terrible for me . And reception service and staff is also not good for represent to customer.. so guys advice you not to book this hotel otherwise your money is waste

    I'll explain with pointers Property & Ambience * The property is stunning, with beautifully designed heritage-style rooms. * However, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor maintenance and multiple issues. Check-in Experience * We arrived around 9:30 PM after travelling all the way from Ghaziabad, but our check-in was completed only around 10:30 PM. * There was no direct contact number for the property, so we couldn’t inform them in advance to have our rooms ready. * We had requested two adjacent rooms as we were travelling with a small pet. Pet Policy * We were charged ₹885 for our dog despite the property being advertised as pet-friendly. The charge itself wasn’t the main concern, but the policy could have been communicated more clearly. Room Maintenance Issues * Urine stains in the washroom. * Swollen doors that were difficult to open. * A non-functional door stopper. * One room’s keycard lock wasn’t working and required a battery change. * The other room’s intercom wasn’t working and had to be replaced. * When we requested alternative rooms and went to check the options on the third floor, the lift stopped working. Overall Experience * After a long journey, we were hoping to rest, but due to these issues, we could only settle in around midnight. * There was no manager available to address our concerns. * The no-cancellation and no-refund policy added to the frustration. * There were several other minor issues that I haven’t even mentioned. Staff & Final Thoughts * The only positive aspect was the helpful and cooperative staff. * The property itself is beautiful and has great potential, but proper maintenance, room inspections, and better check-in management are essential to provide the experience guests expect.
