The location and the reception staff.
The pillows were very uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the curtains did not block out the light properly, making it hard to sleep (suite 908).

I enjoyed the pool party
Toilet in my room was not clean and there was a strong urine smell in the toilet . I even saw women hair on the ground in the toilet
