This resort is amazing, the staff, the food, the entertainment were all incredible. Specials thanks to Kaan, Olga, Joanne, Merve, Kerem & Rabiya for being outstanding!

This is budget friendly stay at a recently renovated resort hotel. It was as we expected. We tried the al a carte seafood/fish restaurant which was the standout meal as the buffet was a bit hit and miss. The bar tender did do good cocktails if you went off-menu, but most included drinks (Tuborg, local wines) were just OK. Pools were great, though this is a place where guest rise at 5:30am to reserve loungers. The amusement and entertainment team are enthusiastic, the music relentless, so if that's your thing then you'll be happy....I thought all the "organised fun" was a bit naff though. It is inescapable though, because almost all rooms face towards the main pools and entertainment area. But for what we were paying in summer season (£140 per night , all inclusive) was very reasonable.

The rooms were really small, no more than 25m squared, which is tight. And king size bed was just two singles pushed together. Beach itself was disappointing, loungers crammed on dirty sand and the sea water itself wasn't that great. Also reception staff could have been more helpful, basically refused to pre-book me a taxi for my early morning check-out, which seemed unhelpful and not 5-star service.

The alacart service was very bad . The staff were very rude , specially mehmet and another waiter that i forgot his name . We never felt comfortable there . The room was too small, the sink’s drain was clogged . The curtains in the corridors were torn . Very small elevators .
