Schönes Hotel im alten Kolonialstil mit einer hübschen Anlage. Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Großes Zimmer und großes Badezimmer Lage super um fort kochi Altstadt gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Beim Frühstück gab es nur eine sehr limitierte Auswahl, was aber wohl auf den aktuellen Gasmangel zurückzuführen ist. Die Betten waren viel zu hart und die Kopfkissen ebenfalls.

Everything was great. Lovely welcome from Rose . The Saritha made sure we were all sorted with a light lunch which was very tasty . We were given lots of information about Fort Kochi from Saritha . A tuk tuk tour was arranged for us by the hotel and also an evening at Kathakali . Any we needed was never a problem. Loved our tasting meal . Thank you

Le style colonial du bâtiment et notre chambre étaient très agréables (chambre et salle de bain immenses). C’est une expérience différente des hôtels traditionnels. Il y a un charme particulier avec cet intérieur en bois foncé.

Le petit déjeuner est basique sans grand intérêt. Dommage. Mais ils servent avec attention et gentillesse. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la piscine finalement comme souvent en Inde maintenir des eaux de piscine est très difficile sous ce climat .

The staff was very friendly and tried their hardest to offer good service but the facilities let them down.

It is more of a Backpackers than a Boutique Hotel - very basic with no real history visible. It feels like it has not been renovated / updated in 20 years and like service is not thought through - for instance when we asked for swimming towels it took 20 minutes to find clean but old towels. The first day we could order 2 beers but this was not possible the last day. There is no music in the dining room, feels a bit like a school cafeteria. Very noisy room with a tiny bathroom. After 3 days, we were not sure who the manager on duty was.
