Greate value for the money

The location is nice. A few minutes of walking from the train station. Next, but sheltered, from a square with restaurants and close to the shops in the city center. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The access to the rooms requires going over a few steps as the elevator entrance is located between two floors. Entrance to the rooms is located behind a door you have to badge in and your own room is locked behind a key. I had a hard time locking my room though but that might be specific to the room I occupied

Extremely well run hotel, owners very kind and amazing location with beautiful scenery

The location is amazing! It is extremely close to the town with lots of restaurants, shops, markets etc. There is also a beautiful lake with great scenery close by. The room was sanitary and really comfortable, also the bedding was lovely. The price and value is great. Lastly the owners were very friendly, charming and welcoming.

Mattresses, pillow and covers are of good comfortable quality, not polyester! Room clean and comfortable. Really in the center of beautiful Aix Les Bains.

- Devoir sortir pour accéder à la chambre - lit pas trop confortable (pour moi en tout cas). - salle de bain pas de porte donc il y a pas pas d'eau sur le sol. -Chambre froide quand on est rentré chauffage électrique qui a pris beaucoup de temps à réchauffer la chambre.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était au top : L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel dès notre arrivée. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, copieux et délicieux, avec des produits frais. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable, que ce soit dans la chambre ou les parties communes. Et enfin, le service est vraiment exceptionnel : personnel attentif, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Nosso quarto era bem confortável. Cama grande, banheiro bem espaçoso para os padrões europeus. A edificação tem elevador. Pagamos taxa extra para ter um quarto com ar condicionado. Não tem café da manhã, mas é possível encontrar opções próximas.

Deixar mais claro no anúncio se o quarto teria ar condicionado ou não.

Très décevant

J’ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et je suis très déçue par l’accueil que j’ai reçu. Mon mari avait réservé et payé la chambre via Booking, mais à mon arrivée, la réceptionniste m’a immédiatement demandé de régler à nouveau le montant. Elle m’a ensuite expliqué que la première somme débitée était en réalité une caution – ce qui n’était mentionné nulle part lors de la réservation. Quand j’ai demandé quand cette caution me serait remboursée, elle m’a répondu d’un ton froid : « On verra si la chambre est rendue en bon état. » J’ai trouvé cette remarque scandaleuse et extrêmement suspicieuse, surtout que je venais à peine d’arriver. Son attitude en général était très désagréable : elle me posait des questions intrusives comme si j’étais une enfant, répétant plusieurs fois si j’étais seule le soir ou si je fumais. Elle a justifié cela en disant que de jeunes clients avaient déjà laissé la chambre en mauvais état. Cela m’a mise très mal à l’aise. Enfin, durant nos échanges, elle parlait une autre langue avec sa collègue, en ma présence, ce qui manquait clairement de respect et de professionnalisme. Une expérience franchement décevante que je ne souhaite à personne.

Entre incompréhension, incohérence et déception

la proximité avec le lac

Le fait qu'on nous prélève une première fois ( 84 euros ) comme une " garantie" dit-elle et vous payez une seconde fois sur place la même somme et attendre qu'on nous rembourse au bout de quelques jours! Je trouve ça INADMISSIBLE! D'ailleurs au bout de 4 jours, nous n'avons encore pas été remboursés
