Very nice location, quite place close to the forest and the city center. Nice room with balcony on the forest. Small swimming pool heated with transat. Chairs and tables outside, very nice in the evening. Small parking place but no issues for finding a place.

Breakfast not very good. The quality of the products was not at the level of a 4star hotel. Impossible to drink the coffee.

Awful is you are a vegetarian. Most nights the options for the evening meals were meat and had no veggie options. After telling them I was vegetarian I ended up with cheese and tomato as my main dish … awful. I had to result in writing on the menu daily a different dish for them to make for me. A waste of money for half board.

I don't know how the furniture in the room...was moved into the room! Odd shaped, very tiny. There is a shelf on the wall holding the TV, at the bottom of the bed, where you must pass to get to the door to the balcony. I christened the shelf a number of new names after introducing my head to the shelf.

Nice, but only B&B out of season and was not advised.

Modern, stylish, good location.

Room a little small, gym wasn't open when I arrived at 8pm, was not advised of opening times. Only open at 9am following morning which is quite late for travellers. Restaurant wasn't open either so had to walk into town to find food and options were very limited. Again, was not advised of this prior. Chose this hotel over others die restaurant and gym. Also, pool was closed. I appreciate it's in between ski and summer season, but I would expect to be advised if facilities are not available; especially if these are important factors in hotel selection. Also, staff appeared to closely monitor food consumption at breakfast, and appeared bored.

Great location and decent facilities. Friendly staff but offhand management. Very clean and warm room, with nice balcony overlooking the slopes. The matrass would have worked better in a camping.

Size of the room, cleanliness, proximity to the ski lifts. General comfort of the hotel was amazing. Well placed, accessible ski rooms. Great view from the windows.

L’hotel è un 4 stelle con ristorante, menù a cena a scelta tra 3 primi e 3 secondi. Piscina interna e esterna con Spa inclusa nel prezzo. Ottimo parcheggio esterno e interno a 10€ per notte. Collegato sci a piedi a Barandello oppure 5 min a piedi dal campo scuola. Un grazie particolare al Sig. Giovanni che ha reso la nostra vacanza in Valtellina speciale.

Colazione limitata e monotona; in camera viene fornita una bottiglia di acqua il giorno dell’arrivo e poi più nulla. Se vuoi una vacanza tranquilla e di puro relax non è l’hotel fatto per te essendo pieno di bambini di ogni età indisciplinati.

Un soggiorno emozionante

Tutto il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile. Ottima la possibilità di usufruire dell’armadietto per l’attrezzatura da sci. La Spa, che comprende bagno turco, sauna e piscina riscaldata, è fantastica; la piscina, al tempo stesso, ha superato le nostre aspettative: la parte scoperta in particolare regala momenti magici. Positivo anche il ristorante con un servizio abbondante e veloce. Fortemente raccomandato, sia per famiglie che per giovani coppie!

Дуже шумно, повно дітей, персонал не звертає увагу. В номері не було халатів, спа зона дуже заповнена. Є набагато кращі готелі і дешевші, хоч і 3 зірки, але комфортніші для проживання. Дуже багато туристів із Чехії, які не зважають ні на кого. Якщо ви любите галасливий дурдом, вам сюди.)

Aprica com conforto!

Quarto 408 espaçoso e lindo! Varanda com vista maravilhosa! Isolamento acústico e blackout nas janelas bons. Chuveiro e lençóis ótimos! Café da manhã muito bom e com variedade de itens sem glúten sob solicitação. Piscina aquecida disponível praticamente o dia todo. Clubinho para as crianças. Lockers para os equipamentos de esqui. Estacionamento disponível (por um custo de 10€ / dia).

Ausência de uma persiana no vidro do box na parede do quarto, para mais privacidade durante o banho de chuveiro e uso do banheiro. Toalhas de banho pequenas. Falta de ganchos para pendurar roupas e objetos, e de apoio extra para malas. Falta de orientação da equipe do café da manhã para encontrarmos a nossa mesa, já que estávamos em família (3 quartos).
