Overall great hotel with great spa and breakfast, but small rooms. Advise for couples only.

Breakfast was amazing, the spa was great, can get quite busy though.

When we got there it took ages to get us the room, even though we got there after the check-in time, we had to change rooms 3 times until we got one we were happy with. We were 3 people (all big adults) and they tried to give us a double room with a sofa bed and considering we paid a lot more for a triple room we were quite disappointed. On the third go though they gave us a decent room so we settled, but was still pretty small.

The Hotel needs to be renovated. The Hotel Foyer needs to be renovated as soon as possible. The rooms are crying to be renovated. Beautiful Spa but needs warm colors and light.

Exceptional

The breakfast was amazing, the staff were efficient and helpful, especially Filippo! There was a good variety of food and the quality of the breakfast and the dinner was excellent. The spa facilities were very good too. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect hotel for our family vacation - we loved it.

Loved the very Italian old-school family-run vibe. We really appreciated the care and attention that was taken with everything which makes such a difference - and we felt very welcome and well-looked after. It felt very much like a ‘proper’ hotel in a charming friendly way.

We would have like some info about the hotel and the area - which we could have asked for but we’re busy skiing. Our family room was quite small and small bathroom and no bath, but that was reflected in the price and we managed to get the last room that was available in any case. Generally quiet altho some noise from neighboring rooms.

A bit dated but charming. Great location, staff, and price.

The whole facility had a rustic vibe that helped it feel like a lodge. The bar was nice, breakfast was great, location was very close to the lift. Staff was great, and priced very well.

The window was too low in the bathroom with a simple curtin offering a lot of visibility into the bathroom. The shower glass cover was too narrow that showers were difficult so a bath was more reasonable. Walls were thin so I could hear most of what the family around me were up to. Dinner was expensive so I ate dinner at other locations.

Absolutely recommeded.

The hotel and staff were excellent, always smiling and caring from the reception, bar/restaurant team and housekeepers. Breakfast with everything you think you could eat in the morning is ready for you. The restaurant for dinner with a menu with different options every day has also to be mentioned.

Great location, but free parking is limited.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice and nice service from the waiters. The room was good and the bathroom seemed to have been recently refurbished.

The service on reception was a bit cold and not particularly friendly. Also the description said free parking available, but when we arrived the limited number of free spaces outside the hotel were taken, so we had to put the car in the garage which cost 15€ a day. The wellness area was nice, but children kept coming into the relaxation area and going into the sauna and steam rooms, which were supposed to be only for adults (over 18s) and no one did anything about it.

Capodanno da Rifare

Struttura e location pulita e accogliente personale sempre attento alle esigenze del cliente. Stanze pulite con servizio biancheria anche serale. Cibo ottimo e personale di sala sempre attento alle richieste. Cena di capodanno ha superato le aspettative. Unica pecca se vogliamo trovarla, e’ mandato un flûte a tavola per il Brindisi di fine anno.

Non siamo riusciti a regolare la temperatura della stanza, o troppo calda o troppo fredda. La tazza del bagno della stanza n.ro 405 è attaccata alla doccia, e ad ogni scarico usciva acqua. Bagno non da 4 stelle. Stanze un po piccole.

Un soggiorno piacevole.

La camera era confortevole (junior suite) con impianto di riscaldamento a radiatori. Forse la configurazione poteva essere meglio organizzata dato che la parte bagno confina con la camera da letto senza una porta. Entrado in camera si vedono subito i 2 lavandini e a sinistra si trovano i 2 box del bagno e della doccia. Il menu' è molto variegato e ogni sera cambiava con una selezione di 4 primi e 4 secondi e dolci. La colazione era internazionale con una buona selezione di dolci (anche merendine), salumi di vario genere, speck, prosciutto sia cotto che crudo e vari sottoli come funghi e carciofini. Buoni anche gli aperitivi sia analcolici che alcolici accompagnati da piccoli stuzzichini. La presenza della piscina è stata molto gradita forse non troppo grande, con una parte dedicata all'idromassaggio e completamente gratuita. C'e' inoltre la Spa a pagamento (€ 15 a persona) con varie saune e zone relax con la possibilità di bere tisane calde. C'e' il parcheggio sia esterno che interno (a pagamento) con la presenza di una wallbox per la ricarica dei veicoli elettrici (costo 10€ a utilizzo).

L'unico appunto riguarda la ricarica delle auto elettriche. Tramite app di booking mi era stato confermato la gratuità dell'utilizzo e la presenza di cavi di ricarica. Alla mia richiesta di ricarica dell'auto la Concierge mi informa del costo di € 10 a ricarica (che è anche un prezzo onesto dato che proprio di fronte all'hotel c'e' una colonnina a 100Kw ad un costo scandaloso di €0,94/Kwh). Ho fatto notare che mi era stao detto tramite la chat di booking che per i clienti dell'Hotel la ricarica era gratuita e dopo aver visionato la chat mi è stata applicata la gratuità della ricarica. Rimane il fatto che la colonnina non aveva il cavo di ricarica e ho dovuto usare il mio (anche se mi era stato detto, sempre in chat, che la colonnina era già predisposta con tutto il necessario), che comunque tutti i possessori di auto elettrica devono avere come dotazione standard. Consiglierei, se fosse fattibile, di modificare la posizione della wallbox, dato che si trova sulla rampa di accesso al parcheggio a pagamento e potrebbe dare intralcio in caso di uscita di altri autoveicoli magari spostandola in un parcheggio su strada (pero' capisco che non essendo un parcheggio "privato" ci sarebbero da fare numerose pratiche burocratiche legate al cds ed al comune).

direi che lo sporco, le finestre non apribili con ragnatele non hanno aiutato...la cosa peggiore è stata chiedere aiuto alla ragazza della reception...una ragazza giovane, bionda, un po robusta che non ci ha aiutato minimamente anzi ha detto che ci avrebbe fatto sapere chiedendo ai ragazzi della manutenzione ma non ci ha mai degnato di una risposta................pessima professionalità per un hotel 4 stelle mi aspettavo molto molto di piu
