Close to Durham and the park and rides. Clean property. Spacious. Perfect for a family.
Outside lighting would have helped on arrival to help find the key press.

The house was nice and done what we needed it for. The kitchen is a reasonable size. Living room was a good size as well. There is 3 double bedrooms and bed were comfortable. We had a visit from a hen when house door was open.
On arrival we couldn’t fine key safe as it no where near the door, it’s on the fence where leaves are coming down on top. On arrival house was cool and took a little time to heat. A few light bulbs need replaced. Also couldn’t fine light switch for where hot tub was so was not very safe to use in evening

Property was clean and had a very well equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable and towels and bed linen was clean.
I couldn't connect to the wifi and mobile phone signal wasn't great. There are two other properties that are also rented out on the same property and they are quite close.

Good location, lovely size property.
Shower far to small, the hot tub was really bad, very dated, broken parts, broken jets untidy area. We stayed here because of the hot tub but it’s quite possibly the worst hot tub I’ve ever been in. Address provided took us to another property very complicated to find when given the wrong address. The pictures are dated and need modifying to reflect the property. Broken hoover
