On the bus route to Durham. Clean and well maintained.
The shower is a small cubicle but that is all.

Very spacious and comfortable place to stay. Chose this for the location and fitted our needs for our family break away and trip into Durham only being a short drive away.
Very noisy being located next to a very busy main road and some of the facilities needed updating like the bbq which was not fit for purpose. Also no cleaning products and not enough crockery supplied. The outside space in the courtyard was overgrown with weeds and garden furniture very tired so was unable to sit there.

Good location, lovely size property.
Shower far to small, the hot tub was really bad, very dated, broken parts, broken jets untidy area. We stayed here because of the hot tub but it’s quite possibly the worst hot tub I’ve ever been in. Address provided took us to another property very complicated to find when given the wrong address. The pictures are dated and need modifying to reflect the property.
