The apartment is in a great location (but only if you have a vehicle) and provides a good base for getting around the island. The views from the balcony are stunning (you can see all the way over to Asos). There is a mini market only a 2 minute walk away, which has pretty much most of what you would need. The hosts are very friendly, and clean the apartment every couple of days. I emailed the host in Greek (so make sure you have Google translate if you don't speak Greek) when I arrived and he came to greet us immediately.
The property is very basic, but we knew that when we booked it. The decor lets it down a little - bare bulbs. A kettle would have come in handy too.
