On arrival Staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is well positioned in Coburg and great location. Hotel rooms and hotel in general, including the lifts, were impeccably clean. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Views towards the city were awesome. The precinct of this hotel, the historical pentridge, were well preserved,. The bar attached to the Adina, the Olivine, was absolutely fabulous, ambient lighting, previous cells renovated into private meeting spaces, and historical cells on display. I'm probably the most difficult person to impress but this venue ticked all the boxes, from inside and out. There are many bars, shopping and a picture theatre, no need to venture elsewhere. The preservation of the old Pentridge was exceptional, especially when our society in Australia demolish our historical buildings. I cannot recommend this hotel and staff highly enough enough and will definitely return.

Difficulty in checking in. Check in was great when you could finally locate it. Signage outside the entrance definitely needs attention. Parking is $19.50 per night but at least your car is secure.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice to deal with.

Only thin doona, no spare bedding provided. Double bed felt like two doonas joined together. Misleading breakfast arrangement- i thought it was included in my room & had to pay out of pocket, for pretty overpriced meal
