Staff were great, location was fantastic and the spa facilities were a bonus treat. Breakfast was very good as was the food at the restaurant.
Could get a little noisy at night but settled down.

We were lucky to be in the newer section of the hotel, as our room had aircon, and it did get very hot the weekend we were there. The pool was lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely experience.
They were understaffed for the breakfast rush. The Coffee machine kept breaking down. They over charged on drinks.

Limited choice for breakfast . I needed to ask for fruit salad bowl to be filled up
Unfortunately weekend staff not attentive or organised . Monday morning staff completely different and even welcomed me !
Better attention.
No one came to take my order for a cooked breakfast .
Unfortunately bacon was undercooked and presentation could have been better. Background music !
