In general it was a nice hotel in a very good location. The only inconvenience we experienced was that staff has charged us additional tax for '5 star hotel', as they told us, while the hotel is mentioned as 4 star. It was unpleasant situation. Thanks god, Agoda has displayed excellent customer service and found a solution for us.

We stayed for one night. Housekipping staff of hotel is not profetional. Cleaning the rooms not finished even till 16:00 pm
Before going to Rhodes I informed hotel that we will go there for celbration of our 60 th wedding aniversery..on our our arrival I gently ask the a fawer to give us our room before 15:00 pm if possible…Front desk personel and their manager was not friendly at all…At our room tv remote control was not working. Telephone was not working..technical staff was very bad…Hotel’s F&B service and staff and location was perfect.But costumer relations and front desk was were bad…
