Clean and somewhat newly renovated bathroom. Also the location is great - central and close to everything. Especially good for those traveling from / to Venice Marco Polo Airport, as the Saint Angelo waterbus stop is 2 minutes away from the hotel and goes for both directions. There is a really good and rather large supermarket just around the corner from the hotel.
Pretty dark in the room even with lamps on, tv didn't work even after I inquired about it in the front desk (they were surprised that I didn't know some kind of local and international codes for turning on tv but even after I tried to used them, none of the channels were available), it was very hot in the room even in cool May. Corridor had a bad odour and really strange holes in its ceiling. No sound protection (really thin walls) - I heard other people talking, opening their doors, dragging their luggage, etc. Also the hotel was hard to find in the evening hourse – the old painted sign on the building was too high and invisible at night, and the sign next to the hotel door was tiny. There was another sign near the door, promoting something called Fortunity, so it seemed like hotel door is for something else. After walking in circles for 10 minutes, I ended up asking for help in another hotel nearby, and they were very kind to show me the direction and said this happens all the time.
