This small unit is in an amazing location. It is old kitschy, with a quaint beach theme.
It is in need of some serious updating. The deck furniture is dilapidated, and the kitchen appliances are from the Honeymooners era.
For a beach property, it includes no beach chairs or towels.
Come prepared, and prepare to rough it a little.

Enjoyable stay. Condo B209 badly needs bushes trimmed in front of deck so that occupants can have view of water. Also, swimming pools definitely need maintenance! Black algae lined the pool perimeter. Also, trash in water. Never detected any hint of chlorine. Pools need thorough cleaning!
