Great view and access to the ocean. Pool was close by but it was too cold to use it.

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures but you should know it is extremely small! The view from our balcony was very nice and peaceful until the new tenants arrived the day after we did. The problem, and it was a problem, is they smoked continually!!!! We don't smoke and evidently the property is a No Smoking property area although you can smoke on the balcony.
So, if you're not a smoker you may need to take this into consideration. We did speak to management and they informed us that there is a NON SMOKING property that they list . Our other issue that we did address was the "bug" problem in the unit.
