Pokoje czyste, zadbane, Jest winda i nie trzeba nosić walizek ( mieszkaliśmy na trzecim piętrze).

Lokalizacja doskonała, wszędzie blisko. Personel uprzejmy, pomocny. Śniadania i obiady wyśmienite, różnorodne i świeże. W pokoju: klimatyzacja, lodówka, kuchenka z funkcją mikrofali, płyta indukcyjna (2 palniki) i czajnik - rewelacja! Dodatkowo TV z aplikacjami m.in. Netflix itp. Byliśmy zdumieni tak super wyposażoną kuchnią w hotelu! Mieliśmy balkon ze stoliczkiem, parawan, suszarkę do ręczników. Personel miły, nienachalny.
Dość wąskie miejsca parkingowe, ale można to zrozumieć i wybaczyć. Zmyliły nas nazwy hotelu: rezerwacja: Willa Grand, a na obiekcie nazwy: Arielka i Willa Florek - za pierwszym razem nie wiedziałam gdzie mam się udać.

Die Lage war gut
Das Essen war gewöhnungsbedürftig, ( Man konnte nur raten, was es war, da es nicht beschriftet war) Die Teller und die Tassen( jede 2 .) waren angeschlagen, so dass man aufpassen musste sich nicht zu verletzen) Ausserdem fast immer nass, wurden nicht richtig abgetrocknet! Die Parkplatzanordnung recht eng bemessen, so dass man sich Mühe geben musste um rauszurangieren. Es gab einen Wasserschaden/ und Matratzen schlecht/ Spiegel war rausgebrochen
