Super Apartment kann man nur empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war super sauber, modern und doch gemütlich. Auch die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut (Müslischalen wären noch der i-Punkt). Der Zugang per Codes hat reibungslos funktioniert, die Sauna-, Pool-, Fitnessraumnutzung war inklusive. Auch hier war alles sauber und tadellos.

Es gab wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.

Komfortowe wyposażenie apartamentu.

Nieprofesjonalne podejście personelu, który obciążył moją kartę płatniczą, za rzekome uszkodzenie tostera, który nie był używany w trakcie pobytu. Reklamacja na początku odrzucona bez żadnego dowodu rzeczowego, po zgłoszeniu sprawy do Booking apartament zaczął sprawdzać temat i ostatecznie po 8 dniach przyjął reklamację. Zwrot pobranych środków trwa 2 tygodnie i bezskutecznie, pomimo moich ponagleń i żądania wyjaśnień kiedy będzie zwrot.
