Near bus station.
Clean.
It is very hot summer days (34 C). The apartment is on the second floor(top floor) of the house. The owner live on the first floor. It was a bit hot. The apartment does not have air conditioner. But they provided two electric fans. One is good and quite. The other fan is a little bit noisy.

Appartamento ben tenuto con tanta dotazione di base( dai prodotti per l’igiene al cibo perfino cialde per il caffè e marmellate ). Proprietari gentili e posizione tranquilla
Vicino a supermercati e mezzi pubblici ( in 20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il lungolago e la stazione )

Sehr geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr sauber, Gastgeberin sehr nett und unkompliziert. Selbst gemachte Konfi, Butter, Milch, Kaffee war alles sehr liebevoll von der Gastgeberin bereit gestellt worden, obwohl es ja eigentlich eine Unterkunft ohne Verpflegung ist. Wohnung in ruhigem Quartier, grosser Balkon mit Blick in den Garten.

A very friendly on site host.
Spotlessly clean and a large airy space that was well appointed and all very comfortable. The host also supplied some wine, milk, butter and jams, etc; which were all much appreciated.
A very comfortable bed
The just off street, free car parking was an important reason for our booking.
No microwave or washing machine; but we knew this when we booked. An extra tourist tax (not mentioned in Booking.com) was required. The stairs to upstairs were also known about when we made the booking.
None of these should detract though from such a recommended stay.
