So bright and modern, very spacious, perfect for three (or 4 guests). Great location, big balcony, powerful showers. Two minutes from the beach and ocean club, five minute walk from the puerto banus strip. Can not fault it.

The property is ideally located at the heart of Marbella with short distance to Puerto Banus. There is an access door with short walking distance to Avenida Playas del Duque. There is also another access door directly to the beach. Location is simply amazing.
Maintenance work starts some days early around 8.15 am which can be disturbing particularly during the months leading to the peak season because landlords are getting their apartments ready for the summer. It was not a major issue in our case.

Not easy to explain to taxi drivers - used Uber so managed
Not sure how we would have got to pool as seemed to be fenced in and didn’t have info on how to gain access
Main bedroom bathroom had entire glass wall - find it strange that would be thought a good idea
