Deux salles de bain très appréciable, emplacement idéal. La cuisine bien équipée extérieur. Le fair qu’il y ait tous les équipements, les petites attentions des hôtes.
Le logement a bcp de potentiel mais il est dans une résidence laisse à l’abandon qui se dégrade, le tour de la piscine est abîmé, ascenseur en panne, toilette de la piscine hors service.

The apartment is in the surrounding of a former hotel, some parts are already in quite a bad shape.

Le logement était très bien dans un milieu sous financé.
Nous avons eu de la difficulté à trouver l’immeuble car le bâtiment Giromon n’est pas identifié sur les murs. Tout est à l’abandon sur le site. Personne n’entretien les corridors, les escaliers ,les rampes sont mal propres. L’ascenseur est hors d’usage. Il n’y a que six transats à la piscine et elles sont déchirées. Il n’y a que trois lourds parasols. Les barrières des parkings ne fonctionnent pas bien.
