Ranch Terra

Family run, very welcoming. Beautiful location, short drive to shops and restaurants. Very close to lakes when visiting. Simple but comfortable accommodation. The balcony is lovely for a morning coffee, or a late night storm. Room clean and fridge provided, which was helpful. Teas and coffee included. Decided to ride the last morning, which was a highlight.

Ubytování se nám moc líbilo. Oceňujeme hlavně dobrou klimatizaci a balkon přímo z pokoje, velice příjemné. Taktéž velmi oceňuji dostatek háčků v koupelně na ručníky a malou lednici a rychlovarku na pokoji. Určitě se sem rádi vrátíme.

Překvapilo nás, jak moc je rušná ta ulice, u které je penzion. V noci tam jezdí dost kamionů, takže jedině zavřené dveře na balkon a klima, jinak jsme neusly. Na věci by mohlo být víc místa, ale pro nás 4 na 2dny dostatečné.

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern hier um an einem Tag die Plitvicer Seen zu besuchen, diese sind mit dem Auto in ca. 10 - 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Die Nähe zu den Tieren und die Ruhe waren sehr schön. Ein Besonderes Highlight war das Reiten, auch unsere 2 jährige Tochter durfte mit aufs Pferd. Herzlichen Dank für alles! Wir fanden es sehr schön!

Wir waren mit allem zufrieden.

Breakfast was not available - there's no restaurant on the property. There was a kettle in the room, mugs, spoons, glasses, and a corkscrew. There was a nice tea selection, instant coffee, and sugars. The bathroom and linens were spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. There was an issue with the hot water in our bathroom which was handled right away. The room was plenty warm even though it was very cold during our stay - we turned the radiator to off while we were away during the day and it was still cosy when we returned. There looks to be a new air conditioning unit in the room, we didn't use it as it was only early April. I imagine the room has comfortable climate control year-round. We did not hear other guests while in our room, and the corridor upstairs is spacious, with a large mirror at one end and a large window at the other. The property is spacious and our dog enjoyed sniffing around and meeting the local dogs. There was enough parking and we were always able to get in and out without stress. My teenage daughter had a few 2-hour horse rides - had a wonderful time and I was sent photos and a few short videos the same day.

The mattresses weren't fantastic - possibly need replacing. Wind can be heard rushing in the attic above the room.
