Swissotel Resort And Spa Cesme

Our second time staying in this magnificent hotel. The highlight is undoubtedly the facilities especially the gym, pool, Hamam and the world class breakfast.

Nothing

The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The air conditioning was impressively quiet, which made sleeping very relaxing. The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality and delicious food. The pool and beach facilities were excellent, well-maintained throughout the day. The hotel’s location is also very convenient. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with anything. The Kids Club team was especially wonderful—they were caring, energetic, and fantastic with children, making our son feel very welcome.

The only downside was the sound insulation between the rooms. We could hear our neighbors quite clearly, and when they were noisy it affected the overall comfort immensely. Better soundproofing would make the stay even more enjoyable.

The location by the beautiful beach is perfect

The kids’ club and facilities are quite basic and often close during the day. It’s also ridiculous that the hotel doesn’t allow you to bring your own soft drinks into your room.
