Location is excellent, all staff are super friendly and professional, very nice pool, breakfast is delicious 🙂

There is no sound isolation between the rooms, we were in a room which is separated by a door from the next door and all conversations and TV were like in our room.. Secondly, beach area is quite small, yet they accept external customers (not staying at the hotel) to the beach, which led us not getting seats without a considerable waiting time!! It was also unusual that loca lounges on the beach were available to hotel guests at a very high price (same price to external customers) — normally it should be free of charge for hotel guests!

Great location, very central. Good beach, breakfast. Good, helpful staff in reception. They even brought me water when I was playing tennis. Handled all my print outs.

Very slow and poor service at the beach. The staff is tired or slow there. They served hamburger without ketchup :) saying it's finished. They start dinner in the left side of the beach and close it around evening time. We were on the right side and they asked us to leave. That didn't seem hospitable. I think it's mostly poor management issue instead of staff. The prices don't really justify the sub-standard experience.
