Centrally located, Staff were exceptionally helpful and professional Breakfast buffet was excellent and varied. Love Jeyanthi Acca's coffee and cart.

Entrance could have been a bit brighter. Didn't have a quiet area to meet our visitors. Insufficient amount of coffee and tea - one each only. No hand and face towels - only one bath towel each.

Very professional, neat and tidy, good variety of dinner and breakfast menu. Swimming pool at the roof top was cooler at night. Excellent customer services truly Indian hospitality, travelled from UK and stayed for 1 night, two adults & two kids, costed 85 pounds for weekend, values for money at center of Chennai.

The property is good, and it's in the main location of Nanathanam. It has quick access to major attractions and business needs. It's a business hotel, good for just staying the night and leaving. The room was good and clean, and the staff helping with showing the room and bringing the luggage was an extra care. The restaurant was a decent one with many options to try out.

It's a business hotel, so expectations are appropriate for that. The front office pushed the check-in time to the time they mentioned (there is nothing wrong with that), but kept us waiting almost two and a half hours, saying they would give the room in a few minutes. It's an unprofessional approach; either say we will only give the room at the mentioned time or give the room when it's committed, rather than keeping us waiting in their small reception area for two and a half hours with no courtesy, offering any water, or providing some coffee. This is my first and last time staying at such properties anywhere. The room rent was expensive for the propoerty but the service is not upto the mark. If you want to stay, stay for a night or two for business puposes.
